FAQ - Bundle Processing Speciality

  1. What is your processing area/speciality?

  2. How long have your produced bundles been in use?

  3. Why this service?

  4. Do I need your processing service?

  1. What is your processing area/speciality?

    Digital court bundles.

We process your documents into digital court bundles - i.e. bundles of authorities, records of appeal, and trial bundles.

In particular, we specialize in preparing extensive and/or complicated court bundles - especially those that span multiple volumes and hundreds or thousands of pages.

Such bundles must be sorted, organized and be able to be retrieved systematically during trials, appeals and hearings. Producing them at speed and with accuracy requires a careful touch.

Our automated, computer code-driven process produces work that is accurate and generally error-free (as is important in litigation). Still however, we check all produced bundles, and will review them with you/your representative solicitor to ensure that all bundles are well-prepared and reliable for use when you accept them and before they are filed.

  2. How long have your produced bundles been in use?

The bundles we generate have been used in live court proceedings since 2017.

We have now begun offering our services to other lawyers, following the more digital judicial practices of the post-COVID 19 era. Several learned friends are quite happy with our services, and we hope to make more happier.

We continue to make improvements and changes to our code as we receive feedback - feel free to contact us at any time with your thoughts, suggestions, or constructive criticism.

  3. Why this service?

Much time is wasted on bundling and fretting over the accuracy of bundles prepared by clerks and juniors/pupils. Solicitors should have more time for fee-earning work and other beneficial/professional interests. Leave the bundles to us.

  4. Do I need your processing service?

Not necessarily. Consider whether the business value for your firm makes sense.
