  1. How do you price your service?

    Flat and transparent pricing. There are no hidden charges. Please see our Pricing and Rates.

    We charge for speed of delivery, execution and value provided, not on labour or time spent. We are confident about our services, and do not compete on lowest-prices.

  2. How should your costs be treated?

    Our costs should be factored into your client’s disbursements. We are a processing service, not unlike couriers, printers and other agents. The costs of processing bundles (digitally or otherwise) should always be treated as part and parcel of ordinary court proceedings.

  3. Do you offer discounts?

    No. The practice of discounts should be done away with among professionals and in relation to professional services. However, if you are a repeat client, we are happy to negotiate better rates for your firm.

  4. How do I make payment?

    You can pay us via direct bank transfer, or through online bank transfer.

    We are cash-only. All payments must be made upfront before processing. We do not accept cheques or credit card. Repeat clients can choose to set up a deposit/retainer account with us.

  5. Can I have a trial/test processing?
